The cell membrane lies in the outermost layer of the cell, which can effectively separate intracellular environment and the internal environment of the organism, and participate in many important life activities, such as signal transduction, dynamic membrane remodeling, material transport, and information communication with the outside world1, 2. Fluorescence imaging for membrane is noninvasive, real-time, high resolution biological process visual technique. Dyes with excellent optical properties are the core issues of fluorescent technology. The common used commercial dyes for cell membrane, such as DiI and DiO, have poor stability, easy bleaching under long time laser excitation and other defects. Some groups have synthetized dyes used on membrane imaging3-7. But some of these compounds were lack of acid, light stability and trapped in their complex synthesis, which limit their long-term monitoring and practical application in vivo. It is still crucial to develop effective, long term fluorescent dyes with high acid and photo-stability dyes for membrane study.
